Willkie’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee collaborates with eight associate-driven affinity groups throughout our U.S. offices, promoting inclusiveness and community within the firm through social and substantive programming:

Each group is led by associates and supported by a partner liaison. The Groups host social, professional development and community events, and also sponsor many of the Firm’s speaker series programs.
