Justin Sommerkamp is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Justin’s focus includes mergers and acquisitions (both public and private companies), private equity/venture capital transactions, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. He also provides advice on general corporate and securities matters. Justin's private equity experience includes representing financial sponsors in early stage and growth equity investments, as well as portfolio company representation.
