Willkie represented an affiliate of ITE Management L.P., an investment firm specializing in industrial transportation assets and related infrastructure, in its acquisition of a majority ownership stake in Trend Intermodal Chassis Leasing LLC, a chassis leasing company based in Kearny, New Jersey.
Trend owns and operates a young and versatile chassis fleet, and offers customers reliable equipment and flexible leasing solutions in the Northeast and other key intermodal markets.
ITE announced the consummation of the acquisition on December 12, 2023.
The Willkie team was led by partners Dvir Oren and Justin Sommerkamp and included associate Steven Mikel.
