Willkie represented Gainline Capital Partners in its acquisition of M&M International, a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered stainless-steel tubing, primarily for the medical device end market.
Gainline Capital Partners is a private equity firm that invests in U.S.-based middle-market companies.
