Erin Kaufman
Associate, Corporate & Financial Services
Erin Kaufman is an associate in Willkie’s Houston office, where she is a part of the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Private Equity Practice Group.
Erin represents private equity funds, management teams and corporate clients, primarily focusing on private equity transactions, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, and joint ventures. She has particular experience in the energy industry and was selected by the Institute of Energy Law to participate in the 7th Leadership Class for 2024-25.
Prior to her law firm experience, Erin was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gray H. Miller.
