Willkie represented Pearl Energy Investments in connection with an initial $60 million equity investment in Wild Basin Energy, a mineral and royalty acquisition company.
On March 10, Wild Basin Energy announced that it had secured a $60 million equity commitment from Pearl Energy Investments to continue acquiring minerals and royalties in the Haynesville of Louisiana and East Texas.
Pearl is a Dallas, Texas-based investment firm with $3 billion of committed capital under management.
