Willkie represented Pearl Energy Investments in connection with an equity investment in Eagle Mountain Energy Partners II, LLC, an upstream company focused on acquiring and developing assets in U.S. onshore oil and gas basins.
On January 16, Eagle Mountain Energy Partners II announced that it secured an equity commitment from Pearl Energy Investments and will pursue U.S. onshore acquisition and development opportunities, with a primary focus in the Williston and other basins in the Rockies.
Pearl Energy Investments is a Dallas-based investment firm with $2 billion of capital under management. The company previously partnered with the management team in Eagle Mountain Energy Partners I.
The Willkie team was led by partners Tony Johnston, J. Holt Foster, III and associate Erin Kaufman.
