Willkie is representing Comply365, LLC, a leading global provider of operational content, safety and training management solutions for the aviation, rail, defense and space industries, in its acquisition of Aviation Safety & Quality Solutions S.à r.l. (ASQS), a global provider of safety and compliance management systems.
On January 27, Comply365, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, announced that it executed a definitive agreement to acquire ASQS, accelerating its investment in safety management to create a leading global all-in-one operational content, safety and training management offering.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in Comply365 in connection with the merger of Comply365 and Vistair Limited, and subsequently advised Comply365 in its acquisition of Qualtero Limited, a provider of civil and military aviation training solutions.
The Willkie team is led by partners Morgan Elwyn and Philip Coletto and includes partner Rahul Saha and associates Paul Seppi, Lachlan Johnson, Emilia Demetriades and Nicola Earle.
