Paul Seppi is a member of the Firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice group. He advises global corporate and financial sponsor clients on how to navigate the regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A deals, including merger control and foreign investment filings. Paul also advises on cartel and other behavioural investigations, as well as broader strategic competition law matters.

Paul has experience across a range of industries including private equity, financial services, TMT, consumer products and infrastructure. He is fluent in English, German and Italian.
