Rube Wu is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Group. Rube’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, often with cross-border elements. Rube also has experience advising international and domestic clients on carve-out transactions, auctions processes, corporate reorganizations, corporate liability transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to moving to New York in 2018, Rube was a solicitor in the Corporate group of the Sydney office of an international law firm, where she practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities offering, foreign investment and strategic advice, corporate governance and general corporate law advice.
