Walter Turturro

Walter Turturro is counsel in the Asset Management Department, where he focuses on the representation of fund sponsors in connection with the formation, operation and regulatory compliance of private funds across all asset classes, including private equity, credit, energy, infrastructure, venture capital, real estate, growth equity and hedge funds. Walter also advises sponsors and institutions in connection with upper-tier entity restructurings, carry incentive plans, GP-stake sale transactions, formation of strategic partnerships, joint ventures and GP-led secondary transactions. In addition, Walter represents sophisticated institutional investors and large family offices in connection with their investments in private funds, including both private equity and hedge fund offerings.
