Willkie represented LS Power Group, a leading development, investment, and operating company focused on the North American power and energy infrastructure sector, in the formation of its new $2.7 billion fund, LS Power Equity Partners V, L.P.
On August 27, LS Power announced the successful close of the oversubscribed Fund V, which will invest in power and energy infrastructure across renewables, conventional generation, and distributed energy resources.
