Aubrey Thomason

Aubrey Thomason is counsel in Willkie’s Corporate and Financial Services Department and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. She is based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. 

Prior to joining Willkie, Aubrey was Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and Legal for Paramount Pictures Corporation with her primary focuses being the acquisition of rights to feature length and episodic content primarily for distribution through television and home media platforms as well as certain related security interest and sublicensing matters. 

Prior to joining Paramount, Aubrey was an associate at another international law firm where she primarily worked on corporate finance and real estate transactions, but also served as outside counsel to Paramount Pictures between 2003 and 2005.
