Mackenzie Storm

Mackenzie Storm is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate and Financial Services Department and a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media and Music and Digital Media Practices.  Mackenzie’s practice focuses on transactional entertainment matters related to the Film, TV, Music, Podcasting industries, along with other forms of digital media, including, the development, production and post-production of motion pictures, television series, and podcasts, major first look agreements, overall agreements and talent agreements, rights and library acquisitions, music licensing and music catalog transactions, and sponsorship and endorsement. Mackenzie also has experience with a wide variety of clearance matters, including reviewing and analyzing scripts, clearing on-camera props, artwork, set decorations, First Amendment issues (including defamation and privacy) and other intellectual property matters – including trademarks and copyright and the interplay between IP and First Amendment rights.
