Daniel Mencaroni

Daniel Mencaroni is counsel in the Asset Management Department. He regularly represents domestic and foreign sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private equity funds across different asset classes. He also advises fund managers on incentive compensation and carried interest structures.

Daniel also represents certain institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds. In addition, he regularly advises sponsors on regulatory aspects affecting private funds and their advisers.
