Willkie advised Insight Partners in connection with the formation of its $1.5 billion Continuation Fund III.
On October 15, Insight Partners announced the successful closing of Continuation Fund III, which was established to acquire stakes in notable software companies across multiple Insight funds. The fund closed with total commitments of approximately $1.5 billion.
Willkie previously advised Insight on the formation of numerous funds, including its first continuation fund, Continuation Fund I, which closed in 2019 at approximately $1.5 billion, and its second continuation fund, Continuation Fund II, which closed in 2023 at approximately $1.3 billion.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies. As of June 30, 2024, the firm has over $80 billion in regulatory assets under management.
