David Kupka is a national partner in the Antitrust & Competition Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels.
Focusing on European and French competition law, his main areas of practice encompass anticompetitive practices (cartels, vertical restrains and abuse of dominant position) and merger control issues. He practices in French and English.
Experience
Before joining Willkie in September 2015, David worked as an associate in the competition department of Linklaters LLP’s Paris office. Prior to his qualification, he completed internships within the competition departments of highly ranked French law firms, the nuclear and renewable power company Areva, and the Directorate-General for competition of the European Commission in Brussels.
