Juno Hautekiet is counsel in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. She is based in the Brussels office.
Juno focuses her practice on private equity and corporate transactions for both corporate and private capital clients. Her experience includes private equity and venture capital buyouts, as well as acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and complex cross-border restructurings.
She practices in English, Dutch and French.

Experience
Prior to joining Willkie, Juno worked as an attorney at an international law firm in Brussels, advising both corporate and private capital clients on a number of high profile transactions. During that time, she spent six months in Singapore working on transactions in the APAC region, and completed a client secondment with Airbus Group in France.
