Sarah Haddy

Sarah Haddy is a partner in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Department. Sarah has significant experience with the day-to-day issues employers face in administering qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. She regularly counsels clients on plan disputes, including participant claims, record-keeper disputes and benefit litigation. She also represents clients on DOL and IRS audits and compliance filings, IRS Affordable Care Act assessments and other governmental matters.
Sarah also advises employers on employee benefit plan design and restructuring, administration and compliance. She has drafted and helped design numerous health and welfare plans, wellness programs and retiree VEBAs, as well as varying kinds of 401(k) and pension benefit plans. Employers also turn to Sarah to understand ongoing changes in the laws governing employee benefit plans.
