New York, NY (March 18, 2021) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Sarah Haddy has joined the Firm as counsel in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Department. She is based in Willkie’s Chicago office. Ms. Haddy has significant experience advising employers on ERISA and employee benefit matters.
Ms. Haddy’s practice is focused on counseling clients on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. She advises employers on employee benefit plan design and restructuring, administration and compliance. She has drafted and helped design numerous health and welfare plans, wellness programs and retiree VEBAs, as well as varying kinds of 401(k) and pension benefit plans. Ms. Haddy also advises clients on plan disputes, including participant claims, record-keeper disputes and benefit litigation. She represents clients on DOL and IRS audits and compliance filings, IRS Affordable Care Act assessments and other governmental matters.

Ms. Haddy received a BBA and BS from University of Iowa and a JD, with honors, from University of Texas School of Law.
