Danister de Silva is a senior Associate in Willkie’s Finance Department in London. Danister has practised in Sydney, Frankfurt and London representing private equity sponsors, investment banks, private debt funds and corporate clients on leveraged buy-outs, restructurings, refinancings and general corporate lending.
