Alexander Cibulskis

Alex Cibulskis is an Associate in the Corporate and Financial Services department and a member of Willkie’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Practice Group in London.

Alex advises insurers and reinsurers on defined benefit pension risk transfer transactions, including framework and standalone longevity reinsurance and funded reinsurance arrangements, intermediated longevity swaps, flow structures, and related collateral arrangements (both London and New York). Alex also advises on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the insurance sector with a focus on regulatory issues under Solvency II/Solvency UK, IDD, and FSMA.
