Hadrien Berlanger

Hadrien Berlanger is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department.  He assists on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including joint venture agreements, cross-border restructuring and private equity deals. He obtained a Master’s degree in both law (magna cum laude) and civil engineering (summa cum laude), allowing him to clearly grasp the issues at stake in the technological and industrial sectors.
