On August 21, Willkie client OneRock Energy Holdings, LLC announced that it completed its acquisition of Northwoods Management Company and certain related entities.
Northwoods owns highly productive assets located across 160,000 acres in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming, producing approximately five thousand barrels of oil equivalent.
OneRock Energy Holdings is a Houston-based oil and gas private equity firm and the upstream investment arm of Pan Management. The acquisition represents a key component of OneRock’s growth strategy into the Exploration & Production business.
