On January 8, it was announced that Court Square Capital Partners recapitalized and acquired Medical Knowledge Group from WindRose Health Investors. Medical Knowledge Group is an integrated, analytics-driven commercialization platform delivering healthcare provider targeted solutions on behalf of biopharmaceutical customers to maximize the commercial potential of brands and products.
Court Square Capital Partners is a NY-based middle market private equity firm that invests in companies within the business services, general industrial, healthcare, and technology and telecommunications sectors. The firm has $6.6 billion of assets under management. WindRose Health Investors makes private equity investments in businesses that operate within the services sectors of healthcare. WindRose Health Investors manages over $1.4 billion of capital and is currently making new investments out of its fifth fund.
