Kevin O’Mara is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Kevin represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, exits, add-ons, roll ups, leveraged dividends, and other private equity transactions. He also has experience in both domestic and foreign investments and mergers and acquisitions.

Clients in such diverse sectors as media, manufacturing, oil and gas, business services, education and technology regularly turn to Kevin for guidance on significant investments, financings, and liquidity events. He also assists financial sponsors with intershareholder arrangements and board counseling of public and private companies.
