Willkie represented OSG Billing Services in an acquisition which strengthened OSG’s position as partner of choice for providers of technology-driven, transactional and customer communications.
Willkie client OSG Billing Services, a portfolio company of Aquiline Capital Partners and a provider of outsourced billing and statement services and customer communication management, announced it has completed the acquisition of Diamond Communication Solutions, a full-service provider of data-driven customer communications, headquartered in Carol Stream, IL. The transaction strengthens OSG’s position as partner of choice for providers of technology-driven, transactional and customer communications.
Earlier this year, Willkie advised OSG on its acquisition of Microdynamics Group and Aquiline Capital Partners on its acquisition of OSG.
