Willkie represents Insight in its acquisition of leading enterprise security and IT incident response platform.
On May 24, it was announced that Willkie client Insight Venture Partners acquired Resolve Systems®, the only enterprise-wide incident response and automation platform for security, IT and network operations. The deal is expected to enable Resolve Systems to further extend its leading position in the Incident Response & Resolution market by accelerating its product capabilities, and expanding its global sales, support and delivery infrastructure.
Based in Irvine, CA with Operations in EMEA, Resolve Systems has Fortune 500 customers around the world. Resolve accelerates incident response and resolution by providing engineers with human-guided automations, real-time incident collaboration, and the ability to partially and fully automate processes.
