On November 18 at 2:10 pm (ET), partners Kristy Littman and Michael Selig will participate on the virtual panel titled “Decentralization & Regulation” as part of the Blockchain and Digital Assets Conference, hosted by Florida State University’s College of Law.
The panel will explore how decentralization impacts regulatory compliance and enforcement in digital assets, and discuss whether digital assets may be treated as securities if “sufficient decentralization” reduces reliance on third parties for returns.
