On May 24 at 11:45 am ET, Securities Litigation & Enforcement partner Kristy Littman will be leading the panel The Cybersecurity Landscape: Working with Law Enforcement, as part of PLI’s Enforcement 2023: Perspectives from Government Agencies. The panel will discuss working with law enforcement before, during, and after a cybersecurity event; understanding whether companies are viewed as victims or violators; assessing disclosure, internal control and governance issues; and understanding the latest case and investigation developments.
Now in its twelfth year, this program brings together panels of senior staff from the various enforcement and regulatory agencies. The panels are moderated by law firm enforcement practitioners, and will discuss agency priorities, how the agencies are working together, and offer best practices for working with the government in today’s continually changing enforcement environment.
