The panel will cover the U.S. government’s newly prescriptive approach to the cybersecurity practices of the broad range of companies categorized as part of the nation’s “critical infrastructure.” Panelists will also discuss the SEC’s proposed tighter cybersecurity disclosures, and what measures companies need to take.
