On February 22, Willkie partner Rahul Saha will speak at the UK Competition Law 2022 conference in London, hosted by Informa Connect.
The annual conference will feature expert speakers who will be sharing their insights, including those from the CMA, Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Financial Conduct Authority.
At 12:20 pm GMT, Rahul will be presenting on the National Securities and Investment Act, along with Beth Martin from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. The presentation will focus on a review of the Act, along with the implications for FDI.
