Willkie partners Krista Schwartz and Tiffany Lee have been named to Daily Journal’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers 2025,” an annual series recognizing the leading intellectual property lawyers in California.

Krista Schwartz, a partner in the Intellectual Property Department and Co-Chair of Willkie’s IP Litigation Practice Group, was recognized for the fourth time by Daily Journal as one of the tech industry’s standout litigators and trial attorneys. Daily Journal noted how Krista’s engineering background has helped her excel in patent, copyright, trade secret, and complex IP cases for leading technology companies. It highlighted Krista’s recent trial victory on behalf of Synopsys in a high-stakes breach of contract suit concerning electronic automation technology.

Tiffany Lee, a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Managing Partner of Willkie’s Palo Alto office, was recognized for the second year in a row as one of California’s cutting-edge transactional lawyers. Daily Journal highlighted her success advising technology leaders on projects at the very forefront of the industry, helping clients in areas including AI, quantum computing and biotechnology navigate evolving areas of law and achieve their business goals.
