Britt Mosman, Co-Chair of the Global Trade & Investment Practice Group in Washington, DC, has again been named to Foreign Investment Watch’s Top Advisors 2025. The annual list recognizes standout advisors who provide advice and counsel concerning foreign investment and national security in the US and abroad.
For the third year in a row, Foreign Investment Watch selected Britt for her deep expertise in compliance and enforcement matters related to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering, expert controls and more.

While at OFAC, Britt focused on economic sanctions and national security, including as a lead attorney on the Iran, Ukraine/Russia, Cuba, Syria, Election Interference, and cyber-related sanctions programs.
