Anna Martini G. Pereira, a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department and Chair of the firm’s Latin America Practice Group, has been named to Lawdragon’s inaugural list of the “100 Lawyers You Need to Know in South America.”
She was recognized among the top dealmakers in the Latin America market. Anna’s recent highlights include advising CMA CGM Group on its more than $1 billion acquisition of a 48% stake in Santos Brasil Participações S/A, the leading terminal operator in Brazil. She also represented Telefonica Brasil’s cloud computing unit in its acquisition of digital services provider IPNET, and advised Ferrara Candy Company, the largest sugar confections company in the U.S., on its acquisition of Dori Alimentos, a leading Brazilian sweets and snacks company.
