Willkie and its lawyers have earned recognition as market leaders in Chambers France 2025, a guide to the top law firms and attorneys in the country.

The inaugural Chambers France guide credited Willkie’s Paris office for achievements across its transactional and disputes practices, and recognized the firm’s lawyers among the foremost in their respective fields.

Willkie received 11 practice area rankings, including Band 1 rankings for Investment Funds and Public Law, and Band 2 rankings for Restructuring/Insolvency, Private Equity, and Projects & Energy, in both the domestic and international categories.

In addition, Willkie’s attorneys earned 19 individual rankings, placing Willkie among the elite firms in the market. The firm’s individual recognitions included Band 1 rankings for Asset Management partner Nathalie Duguay, Co-Chair of the Project Finance & Investment Practice Group Amir Jahanguiri, and Lionel Spizzichino, Managing Partner of the Paris office and Co-Chair of the European Restructuring Group.
