Sarah McLean, a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department and Private Equity Practice Group, has been named to Kayo’s “Top 25 in ’25: Women Dealmakers in Energy” list.
The list honors the top female dealmakers who are setting the standard for excellence in the evolving energy landscape. Sarah was recognized as one of 25 women “making significant contributions across traditional energy, renewables, infrastructure, and other key areas in the industry.”
Sarah is a leading private equity lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising private equity funds and management teams on sophisticated and high-profile deals across the energy sector. Her recent accomplishments include representing EnCap Flatrock Midstream in the sale of Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II for approximately $475 million, and in connection with the sale of its Plains Series A Preferred Units for approximately $330 million.
