Willkie partners J. Holt Foster, III and Danielle Garbien have been named to the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Energy Lawyers, an annual guide to the top energy litigators and dealmakers nationwide.
They were recognized among the industry’s elite Energy practitioners for their leadership and accomplishments in the field, including blockbuster energy transactions and energy finance matters.
J. Holt Foster, III, managing partner of Willkie's Dallas office, was again recognized in the “Energy Transactions” category. Holt’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on all aspects of private equity investments. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Lawdragon previously named him to the 2024 Energy guide.
Danielle Garbien, a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, was again honored in the areas of “Energy Finance” and “Energy Development.” Danielle advises clients on projects relating to the development, acquisition, financing, disposition and restructuring of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Her practice focuses on power, renewable energy, energy transition and battery storage projects. Lawdragon previously named her to the 2024 Energy guide.
