Willkie Scores 100 Percent on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index

Willkie has once again earned a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index and been recognized with the “Equality 100 Award” as a leader in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

The Corporate Equality Index is an annual benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality. It rates companies on criteria in four key areas: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; support for an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of the Human Rights Campaign, America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for LGBTQ+ people.
