Willkie partners Todd Cosenza and Michael Gottlieb have been named to the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America, an annual guide to the top practitioners nationwide.
They were once again recognized among Lawdragon’s attorneys of the year for their leadership and accomplishments in the law. The series honors the preeminent lawyers in the U.S. across a broad range of practice areas and disciplines.
Todd Cosenza, Co-Chair of Willkie’s Securities Litigation Practice Group, was again recognized as one of the nation’s top practitioners in the “Securities Litigation” category. Todd’s practice focuses on complex financial litigation, and his record of success includes numerous landmark shareholder class actions. This is the third year in a row that Lawdragon has named him among the nation’s leading lawyers.
Michael Gottlieb, Chair of Willkie’s Crisis Management Group and Co-Chair of the Media & First Amendment Practice Group, was honored in the area of “Litigation, including First Amendment.” Michael, a member of Willkie’s Executive Committee, is widely recognized among the foremost litigators in the country. He represents clients in enterprise-threatening events, including complex litigation at the trial and appellate level, government investigations and enforcement actions, and multidimensional crises involving multi-front disputes.
