Eduardo Fernandez, partner in Willkie's Corporate & Financial Services Department in Paris, has been named “2025 Private Equity Lawyer of the Year” by Option Droit & Affaires. He was recognized by his peers for his leadership and accomplishments as one of the top dealmakers in France.
