Willkie has been shortlisted for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards North America 2024 in the “Innovative Lawyers in Deals & Financing” category. Willkie is recognized for its work advising Metropolis Technologies, Inc. on its $1.5 billion acquisition of SP Plus Corporation in an unprecedented, innovative deal, and the biggest M&A transaction by a VC-backed company in 2023. The matter was led by partners Steven Seidman and Laura Delanoy.
