Willkie has again earned Mansfield Certification Plus from Diversity Lab for the 2023-2024 period, highlighting its diverse leadership and continued efforts to ensure that all of its attorneys enjoy equal opportunities to advance within its ranks.
Willkie was recognized among the “Trendsetters” that have achieved Mansfield Certification for 2-4 years and demonstrated a deep commitment to building inclusive and equitable workplaces. In addition, Willkie achieved Mansfield Certification Plus for the third year in a row for not only expanding the pipeline to firm leadership but also voluntarily reporting the results of its inclusive processes.
The Mansfield Rule Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions.
Diversity Lab designs, tests, and measures the outcomes of science-based and data-driven talent practices that allow for fair and equal access to advancement opportunities. The Mansfield Rule Certification aims to bolster diversity in law firm leadership and ensure that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone.
