Willkie has been shortlisted for “Law Firm of the Year – Transactions” at the 2024 Mergermarket British Private Equity Awards. This event celebrates the outstanding contributions of private equity to the growth of British business.
Willkie is one of six firms nominated, highlighting the prominence of the Firm’s London private equity practice and its accomplishments advising private equity and venture capital investors at the forefront of the market. In terms of wider London office growth, of which our private equity practice has been an important component, a 2024 Legal Business report ranked Willkie #3 among the fastest-growing “pace-setters” and #1 among the top international firms that gained the most Legal 500 practice area rankings in the London market over the last five years.
The winners will be announced in London on October 1.
