Willkie has been named one of the “2024 Most Admired Law Firms to Work For” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
LABJ’s annual Leaders of Influence series recognized Willkie among the “particularly outstanding law firms who are consciously working towards creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys.”
The publication noted how Willkie’s Los Angeles office has excelled in the market while fostering a culture that includes a deep commitment to clients, pro bono advocacy and civic service. It also highlighted Willkie’s emphasis on cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and its dedication to social justice and environmental stewardship.
