Willkie has been shortlisted for “Law Firm of the Year for Private Equity and Venture Capital” at the JUVE Awards 2024. The Firm was nominated by leading German legal publisher JUVE for demonstrating dynamism in advising financial investors on large and medium-sized leveraged buyouts.
Willkie is among just five firms nominated by JUVE’s editorial team for the award, highlighting the prominence of the Firm’s Frankfurt office and newly opened Munich office and its accomplishments advising private equity and venture capital investors at the forefront of the market. The JUVE Awards honor the leading law firms and legal departments in Germany and Austria.
The winners will be announced at an event in Frankfurt on October 24.
