Partner Melissa Fischetti is honored for her achievements in Real Estate.
Willkie partner Melissa Fischetti has been named among Law360’s 2024 “Rising Stars” list of top attorneys under 40. Melissa is among six attorneys recognized for accomplishments in Real Estate. She was selected from nearly 1,200 applicants across dozens of practice areas and jurisdictions, both in the US and internationally.
Melissa’s experience includes all aspects of real estate transactional work, including sophisticated joint ventures, portfolio and individual asset sales and acquisitions, leasing, and financings representing both borrowers and lenders, for clients across a variety of sectors.
