Fabrice Veverka, a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, has again been recognized among the “Top 40 lawyers of the CAC 40” by Forbes in partnership with La Lettre des Juristes d’Affaires (LJA).

For the fourth year in a row, Fabrice was recognized in the special report showcasing the 40 top lawyers advising companies of the CAC 40 index. The accolade further establishes him as one of the leading M&A lawyers in the French market, and reflects his accomplishments as a top dealmaker as well as his high standing among clients.

The publication, which is based on surveys and interviews with legal directors and corporate secretaries of the CAC 40 companies, highlighted Fabrice’s endorsements: “huge work capacity, very smart, has a holistic view of subjects and a very pragmatic approach."

Fabrice Veverka’s practice focuses on M&A transactions and complex negotiations involving both listed and unlisted companies, on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds. His recent work includes representing Preligens and its shareholders in the company’s proposed sale to Safran, PPF Group in its acquisition of Privilège Marine, and Vilmorin & Cie in its take-private acquisition by Limagrain.
