The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected associate Kaydene Grinnell to serve as a 2024 LCLD Fellow and associates Bianca Valdez and Lani Fu to serve as 2024 LCLD Pathfinders.
Kaydene Grinnell, an associate in the Litigation Department based in New York, is among the class of 2024 LCLD Fellows. The Fellows Program connects high-potential, mid-career attorneys with general counsel and law firm managing partners and provides participants with leadership training and professional development resources. Past LCLD Fellows include Willkie partners Anne Choe, Melanie Medina, Isabel Araujo and Ren-How Harn, and counsel Emerson Girardeau.
In addition, Bianca Valdez, a Chicago-based associate in the Litigation Department, and Lani Fu, an associate in the Private Wealth Group based in Los Angeles, have been selected as 2024 LCLD Pathfinders. The LCLD Pathfinders Program helps participants develop leadership skills, build professional relationships and networks, and form a successful career-development strategy. Recent Willkie LCLD Pathfinders include associates Camille Grant, Ajani Brown, Deanna Clugston, Dhananjay Adusumilli and Argemira Flórez.
The LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders are selected based on nominations from member organizations.
