Willkie has again received a Compass Award from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for its commitment to the development and advancement of all of its attorneys and to building a more inclusive legal profession.
Willkie is among the law firms and corporations that earned 2023 Compass Awards for participating in LCLD’s many talent development and pipeline efforts, including the organization’s Fellows and Pathfinders programs as well as the 1L Scholars program in partnership with several firm clients. Willkie Chairman Matthew Feldman serves as the firm’s managing partner member of LCLD.
This is the fifth year Willkie has been honored with an LCLD Compass Award, highlighting the firm’s longstanding commitment to developing its lawyers in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.
